RETURN & REFUND POLICY

EverRide Electric Return & Refund Policy

At EverRide Electric, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing, packing or dispatch and we may be unable to cancel or amend the order.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Change of Mind Returns

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, EverRide Electric offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unassembled and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must be approved by EverRide Electric before being sent back.

Where an item is returned outside the approved return process, outside the return period, or is not returned in its original condition, EverRide Electric reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Used products
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage or misuse
  • Products that have been assembled, ridden or operated
  • Products modified, altered or de-restricted from manufacturer specifications
  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
  • Special-order products

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Electric Bikes, Electric Scooters and Batteries

Electric bicycles, electric scooters, lithium-ion batteries and related products must be used in accordance with all manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.

Products that have been:

  • Modified or de-restricted
  • Improperly maintained
  • Improperly charged
  • Subjected to water damage
  • Involved in accidents
  • Used contrary to manufacturer instructions

may not be eligible for return, replacement or warranty assessment except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Lithium-ion batteries must only be charged using approved chargers and handled in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

EverRide Electric is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper charging, improper storage, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged upon arrival or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

For products damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage

We may require additional information to assess the claim.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photographs if applicable

Returns must not be shipped until approval has been received from EverRide Electric.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

EverRide Electric is not liable for shipping delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, severe weather events, supply chain disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
