This website is operated by EverRide Electric. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EverRide Electric. By accessing this website, using our services or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase products from EverRide Electric.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products
EverRide Electric sells electric bicycles and related products.
Product images, descriptions, specifications, range, speed, battery life, charging time and performance figures are provided for general guidance only. Actual performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, weather, usage, maintenance, battery condition and other factors.
We may update, change or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. E-Bike Laws and Customer Responsibility
Electric bicycle laws vary by state, city and local jurisdiction across the United States.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any product purchased from EverRide Electric is legal to own, operate and use in your location.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, helmet requirements, age restrictions, road rules, path-use rules and registration requirements.
EverRide Electric does not guarantee that any product is legal for use in every U.S. state, city or location.
5. Safety and Use
You must read and follow all manufacturer instructions, safety warnings and user manuals before using any product.
You agree not to modify, tamper with, de-restrict, alter or misuse any product.
You should always wear appropriate safety equipment, including an approved helmet, when operating an electric bicycle.
EverRide Electric is not responsible for injury, damage, fines, penalties or losses caused by misuse, unsafe riding, unlawful use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
6. Batteries and Charging
Lithium-ion batteries must only be charged using the approved charger supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
You must follow all charging, storage and handling instructions.
Improper charging, water exposure, physical damage, overheating, incorrect storage or unauthorized modification may create risks including fire, smoke, explosion, injury or property damage.
EverRide Electric is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper charging, improper storage, water damage, unauthorized repairs or failure to follow battery safety instructions.
7. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where permitted by law, including where there is suspected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability or incorrect customer information.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, an order may have entered processing, packing or shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Returns and Refunds
EverRide Electric does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
All sales are final once an order has shipped, except where required by applicable law or where EverRide Electric approves a remedy under our Return & Refund Policy.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.
Where we confirm that a product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange for the product to be returned where required and send a replacement product.
Products must not be returned without prior written approval from EverRide Electric.

10. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
EverRide Electric is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, supply chain issues, incorrect customer information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Product Condition and Warranty Assessment
Products that have been modified, de-restricted, improperly maintained, improperly charged, damaged by water, involved in accidents, misused or used contrary to manufacturer instructions may not be eligible for replacement, warranty support or assessment, except where required by applicable law.
Consumable or wear-and-tear parts may not be covered unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
12. Website Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, pricing, images and availability are accurate.
However, errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current or error-free.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links, tools or services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers and Shopify.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies or content.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Riding an electric bicycle involves inherent risks, including the risk of property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability and death. By purchasing or using any product sold by EverRide Electric, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to use the product responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws, manufacturer instructions and safety warnings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EverRide Electric shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, claim, penalty or expense arising from or related to:
- misuse, abuse or negligent operation of a product;
- failure to follow manufacturer instructions, warnings or maintenance requirements;
- unauthorized modifications, de-restriction or repairs;
- failure to wear appropriate safety equipment;
- improper charging, storage or handling of lithium-ion batteries;
- accidents, collisions, rider error or unlawful use of a product; or
- use of a product outside its intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our own negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverRide Electric, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) your misuse of our products;
(c) your unlawful use of a product;
(d) your violation of any law or regulation; or
(e) your infringement of another party’s rights.
19. Force Majeure
EverRide Electric is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, supply chain disruption, shipping delays, labor disputes, government action, power outages, cyber incidents, pandemics or other unexpected events.
20. Privacy
Your use of this website and submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
